Leche Flan

A rich, creamy Filipino custard made with egg yolks, condensed milk, and evaporated milk, steamed to a smooth, silky texture and caramelized with a layer of burnt sugar syrup. Served chilled, it has a golden-yellow hue with a glossy, sweet topping. Presented in individual ramekins.
